It is not a traditional training where you spend weeks watching lessons.It can be described as an internship-style practical experience program because you work with a team, take on a defined role, work on project deliverables and contribute to building a product.

No, PN Africa is not a beginner training program where we teach you a role from scratch. You should already have some foundational knowledge or learning in the role you are applying for. You don't need to be an expert, and you don't need professional experience, but you need to understand the basics well enough to contribute to a real project. For example, if you're applying as a Project Manager, you should already understand basic project management concepts. If you're applying as a Frontend Developer, you should have some foundational frontend development skills. We provide the environment to practice, collaborate, get mentored and build experience. We don't replace the learning you need to do before joining

Yes, you will be placed in a cross-functional team working on a tech product that the team takes through the product development process. The goal is for you to experience the work, not simply complete assignments created for a classroom.
