The rules for using PN Africa

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PN Africa platform. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, applying, or using the Platform, you confirm you've read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 to create an account. Applicants under 18 may need guardian consent.

3. User Accounts

You're responsible for your login credentials and account activity. Provide accurate info and keep it up to date.

4. Program Participation & Payments

Enrolled applicants agree to pay applicable fees via Stripe or PayPal. Fees and refund terms appear at application time and in your Payments dashboard.

5. Code of Conduct

Engage respectfully with mentors, teammates, employers and staff. Harassment, discrimination, plagiarism, or misrepresenting skills may lead to removal.

6. Intellectual Property

Cohort project work may be shared with partner orgs per project agreements. You keep ownership of your portfolio, but grant PN Africa a license to display it unless you opt out in Settings.

7. Employer & Mentor Responsibilities

Employers may use candidate info only for legitimate recruiting. Mentors must act in good faith and keep private mentee info confidential.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts for violations, non-payment, or fraud. You can close your account anytime in Settings.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

The Platform is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee employment outcomes or project results.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless local law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
